Bella Roma Foods, GUELPH
Maybe one of Guelph’s best hidden gems, this local butcher shop is located in the old warehouse of Roma Salami, which was an important part of Guelph’s food history. Owner and head butcher Katherine prides herself in the relationships she has built with local farmers that supply high quality meats for her shop. You will find a wide variety of meats, cuts, prepared meals and other local foods at the shop. Check out the wide variety and flavours of store made sausages. The mild Italian sausage (also called ‘sweets) is still the same one Roma Salami used over 50 years ago.
