Onion Bhaji (appetizer cooked with sliced onions, spices and chickpea flour
~with sweet and sour tamarind chutney (chutney made with dates, tamarind and spices)
Hariyali chicken masala (green chicken curry made with mint, coriander and spices)
Paneer paratha (Indian bread stuffed with paneer and potato filling)
Classes are hands on, recipe hand out with a meal to share and possible leftovers to take home.
