* Baked pakoras
* Masoor dal (red lentil curry)
* Coconut chickpea curry
* Pulao (rice dish cooked with aromatic basmati rice, vegetables and exotic spices)
* Tapioca kheer (pudding cooked with tapioca pearls and garnished with cashews and raisins)
Workshop Details: Suitable for beginners and advanced cooks alike. Hands-on learning, recipe handouts and a meal to share.
Protip: bring containers to take your creations home and an apron as we will not be providing one.
