Join Chef Pam Fanjoy and explore the foods and culture of Latin America as we make Ajiaco, a traditional Colombian stew, empanadas from scratch and our version of Twisted Bread Pudding featuring a favorite desert Aerequipe, a delicious Latin Caramel known here as Dulce de Leche. (6 weekly classes)
