Join Chef Pam Fanjoy, Chopped Canada winner 2016 and owner of Fan/Joy Restaurant & Bar as she indulges in the flavors of Italy!
We will begin by discussing the art of plating a delicious antipasto platter and learn about Italian favorites such as Parmesan Reggianno, balsalmic, Asiago cheese, various olives and of course the best of cured meats! The platter will be enjoyed together during this fun, hands on and interactive class. Making the perfect pasta sauces then takes center stage and we will make an authentic Italian tomato sauce and an Alfredo sauce for our penne. Adding chicken, meat or shrimp make this a quick, hearty and healthy dinner for you to then take home and enjoy!
