Come on out to Drumlin Farm on a Saturday morning to learn the art of making sauerkraut.
We will start from harvest, to preparation, to the mix, to storage, to recommended canning methods.
Come back early in the new year to pick up your own 750 ml jar of delicious kraut.
Limited to 10 people. No one under 12 as we will be using sharp cutting tools.
